Technology can empower communities, let's build systems to make that happen.
Born and raised in California's Central Valley.
I grew up in California’s Central Valley in communities where technology careers rarely felt visible or accessible. My path into engineering began through public education, mentorship, and community work — experiences that shaped how I think about technology today. I believe software is most meaningful when it helps people navigate systems more effectively, creates access to opportunity, and strengthens communities rather than simply optimizing engagement or growth metrics. My work today focuses on building systems that are practical, scalable, and grounded in real human needs — from civic and nonprofit platforms to AI-assisted operational tools and modern product infrastructure.
Independent technology consultancy delivering digital products and technical strategy for clients across industries. Full project lifecycle ownership from architecture and design through development and deployment.
Owned the company's entire tech stack and led a team of engineers to scale the platform to 1,800+ daily active users. Defined technical roadmap, drove architectural decisions, and mentored junior engineers.
Built full-stack web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and databases for large public and private institutions. Led development on high-impact products across the full engineering stack over nearly a decade.
Leadership empowerment programs for youth through the praxis of research, community organizing and policy implementation.
As I expand my experience, I frequently leverage artificial intelligence across the full product lifecycle — from rapid prototyping and architecture to code generation and iteration — to ship faster without sacrificing quality. It's how I turn ambitious ideas into production systems that serve real communities.
Leadership isn't a title — it's a practice. Across technology, athletics, and community, I've built programs, developed talent, and driven lasting change. As a first-generation Mexican-American, I believe deeply in opening doors for those coming behind me.
Connect on LinkedInBuilt and led the Sanger High School Men's Soccer program to its first-ever Section Championship and California State Championship in 2020 — a team and culture I built from the ground up.
Founded a Club Soccer program for youth in Southeast Fresno, creating a competitive pathway for underserved student athletes to develop, compete, and pursue higher education.
Graduate degree from Fresno State University. Led local and statewide policy initiatives to improve living conditions across Fresno County — work that still informs how I think about technology's impact on communities.
Speaker at conferences on community, social justice, policy, athletics, youth development, and technology — advocating to connect underrepresented communities to careers in tech.
Whether you're looking for an engineer, a technical leader, or a collaborator who cares about what the work actually does in the world — I'd love to connect.
