I grew up in California’s Central Valley in communities where technology careers rarely felt visible or accessible. My path into engineering began through public education, mentorship, and community work — experiences that shaped how I think about technology today. I believe software is most meaningful when it helps people navigate systems more effectively, creates access to opportunity, and strengthens communities rather than simply optimizing engagement or growth metrics. My work today focuses on building systems that are practical, scalable, and grounded in real human needs — from civic and nonprofit platforms to AI-assisted operational tools and modern product infrastructure.
Independent technology consultancy delivering digital products and technical strategy for clients across industries. Full project lifecycle ownership from architecture and design through development and deployment.
Owned the company's entire tech stack and led a team of engineers to scale the platform to 1,800+ daily active users. Defined technical roadmap, drove architectural decisions, and mentored junior engineers.
